I served in the US Army for 4 years, working Satellite Communications. When I got out of the military, I used my GI Bill to go to school for digital video production at The Art Institute of San Francisco. I attended until word came out of them shutting down our campus. In 2019 I transferred to The Art institute of Seattle, but 6 weeks later, that campus shuttered its doors. I was able to transfer to the Seattle Film Institute, where I graduated in November 2019. It was around then that I began working with Cynthia at Catio Spaces and discovered I was pretty good at working with my hands.
